We do not offer refunds, except in the event the shipping carrier has lost your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items like custom products or commissions, due to the nature of these goods being personalized and custom made, are nonreturnable .
Refunds
Please contact us if you have not received your package. I will coordinate with the postal service who was required to deliver it and If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
